Molly had been crying for days. Her eyes were red and her cheeks streaked with tears. Arthur had no idea what to do. She had always been the strong one, supporting those she loved. Now that she needed him, he was lost on how to give her the strength she needed to make it through this.

Taking her hand in his, he squeezed it tightly. She turned her head, crying against his chest and clinging to him. His own eyes were glassy with tears as he watched the casket being lowered. No parent should ever have to bury their child.
