Bonding at the movies

Chapter 1

The sky was dark over Sunnydale that night. A half moon shone brightly in the sky, casting an eerie glow on the residents below. All was silent on the peaceful street of Monroe...all save for one apartment. From it's hallowed hallways, laughter and shouting could be heard, bringing a smile to all that passed by.

"Come on, Wills. You have to come with us." Buffy said, her eyes begging appropriately and her voice having just enough of a whine to affect her best friend.

"Buffy, I can't go. I'd be the fifth wheel" Willow said, her voice determined but wavering slightly from her friend's request.

"Come on, Will. It'll be fun" Riley said, doing anything possible to make his girlfriend happy. He knew if Willow didn't go with them, Buffy wouldn't enjoy the evening. Since they were still trying to move past the entire Faith ordeal, he wanted her to be happy.

"No" Willow said again, opening a large and rather dusty book. She sneezed as the dust wafted into her nose.

"Gesundheit" Anya said, smiling. She loved saying that word. For some odd reason, it was so much more fun than simply saying Bless You.

"Thanks" Willow muttered.

"Willow Anne, do I have to tie you up and make you go?" Buffy threatened as the door opened.

"No one ties Red up but me" Spike said, smirking as he walked into the watcher's apartment. He saw them glare at him as Willow blushed, avoiding his gaze.

"There will be no tying of anyone" Buffy said, remembering the last time the gang had gotten together the week before. Many drinks were had and, upon waking, Willow had been tied to Spike. No one was still very clear on the details to that. Also, no one could quite remember where their clothes had gone. Talk about enough to make you swear off drinking, she thought frowning.

"C'mon Slayer...I want to use my new leather bindings on her...please please please? I'll be your mortal enemy until I dance on your grave..." Spike said in a sing song voice, his tone rather bored.

"Shut up, Blondie" Riley said, rolling his eyes. His girlfriend and the vampire had such a hate hate relationship going on, they hadn't even realized that they had been becoming friends.

"Make me farm boy" Spike said, his eyes narrowing. "Gonna get your John Deere out?"

"Isn't he dead?" Anya asked.

"What?" Xander asked, suddenly laughing. "No, sweetie. Not John Denver...John Deere. A tractor supply company..."

"OH' Anya said. "Well, they sound similar."

Willow snickered, looking back at the book.

"What's on the agenda this evening?" Spike asked, plopping on the sofa beside Willow. He heard her heart beat pick up and smiled, remembering the details of last weekend. He hadn't been that drunk, no matter what they all thought...He also knew that she hadn't been either. That's why she had avoided him all week. Well, time for running was over. He still wanted her and he always got what he wanted.

"We're going to a movie. Some loud action flick" Xander said.

"No, we're going to see the latest romance at the Cineview." Buffy and Anya corrected, glaring at their respected boyfriends.

Spike snickered as he saw the resigned looks on the men's faces. Whipped pups. "Sounds like a treat. Excuse me while I say I'd rather sit here and torture myself with holy water."

"Fuck you" Buffy said, smiling slightly at the image of Spike burning from the holy water.

"You wish" he remarked, looking at Willow. He took her book, making her look at him. "What about you Red? Off for a fun filled evening of sappy smaltzy romance?"

Willow gulped, seeing the heat in his eyes. Her insides quivered as the details from last weekend flashed vividly in her mind. Spike and her. Naked Spike. Sweat naked Spike. She nodded, "Yeah...I'm going with them."

Spike smiled, "Guess that means I get to see a flick then."

"You aren't invited" Buffy said dryly, resisting a laugh as Willow glared at her. She knew enough to know her friend was smitten with the vampire. He may be a jackass, but he did seem to like Willow. Remembering what she had seen upon sobering up last weekend, she grimaced. Boy, did he like Willow.

"Ah, you wound me slayer." Spike said, rolling his eyes. Like the chit really thought he'd listen to her.

"You don't like romance movies" Willow squeaked, on one hand wanting nothing more than to sit beside him in a darkened theater...and on the other wanting nothing more than to forget her reckless abandon of the week before.

"Sure I do. I'm a man of many interests" Spike said.

"Fine. You can come, but ONLY because Willow doesn't want to be the fifth wheel" Buffy explained, winking at Riley as she turned. She took his hand, thankful that things between them were working out finally.

"Oh goodie, I can feel the love in this room...and you wonder why Peaches left?" Spike added softly for Willow's ears. She stifled a snicker as she glared at him.

Willow stood, following behind Buffy and the others. She started when Spike took her hand, walking beside her. His finger drew circles on her palm as the group began the trudge to the slightly off campus movie theater. "Stop it" she hissed, feelings making her stomach tighten.

"Stop what?" Spike asked, his lips curling slightly as he looked at her, the picture of innocence. "Red...."

She rolled her eyes, "What?"

"Can I share your goobers?" he asked, his eyes darkening slightly as she licked her lips.

"Tell you what" she said, her voice husky from his touch. She stopped, her eyes running over him. "If you're a really good boy..."

"What?" he asked, his eyes not moving from her face and the promises her eyes made.

She ran her hand over his chest, playing with the buttons of his shirt, "If you're a very very good boy..." she licked her lips again, seeing him lean forward slightly, "I'll buy you your own box" she replied, giggling at his stunned expression. She hurried to catch up to Buffy and the others, knowing he would get her back. This was fun. Just the gang...hanging out....flirting with Spike. She felt his hand on her back as he caught up to her. She glanced at him and saw him smiling, his eyes promising retribution for her little scene. She could hardly wait.

"It can't be sold out" Anya whined, glaring at Xander's happy expression.

"Guess it's old guns and explosions. Aw...shucks" Xander said, exchanging a high five with Riley.

"We could always see the cartoon" Buffy said, grinning evilly at Anya and Willow.

Riley shook his head, "Please no. I can't deal with singing animated characters. I'll have nightmares."

"You're kidding me" Spike scoffed. "What is it Farm Boy? Do you wet yourself when you watched some Disney flick?"

Riley glared at him, casting the glare at Buffy when she snickered. "Shut up."

"Actually, Blondie. You aren't too far off" Buffy said, exchanging a knowing look with Willow who was also giggling.

Riley heard Willow's giggles and turned away. "You told her! I said that was private."

"What is it?" Xander asked, hating being out of the loop.

"When he was six...he went to see Peter Pan and peed himself" Buffy said between laughing.

Spike looked at the boy, "I was joking."

"Shut up....Captain Hook was scary. He was always saying such mean things" Riley defended, his lower lip thrusting out in a pout. "I still can't watch that movie."

Xander by this time was leaning against Anya, tears on his face as he tried to gasp for breath. "You were scared of Peter Pan? Man oh man...and THIS is Mr. Macho Soldier Boy..."

"Bloody well pathetic" Spike said, turning away in disgust. It wasn't bad enough he had been caught by a bunch of silly nits, the leader was scared of a cartoon pirate. Just his luck. He'd never live that one down if the old gang heard about it. A fucking kid taking him down.

"Come on, Mr. Macho Vampire" Willow said, knowing that they were pushing Riley. She could see his ears blazing red as they all laughed. "Let's get our tickets."

"Yeah...we have a movie to see" Xander said, remembering.

Buffy looked at Riley, "I sowwy. It was just too perfect..."

"Whatever" he murmured, rolling his eyes. They all now knew he most embarrassing secret from childhood. It couldn't get much worse. He and Buffy went to join Anya and Xander in line. He stood there, holding Buffy's hand. He suddenly jumped, surprised when he Spike came up behind him and screamed out, "Well, shiver me timbers. Pan's gotta die."

Riley glared at the smirking vampire and turned back around, giving Buffy and the others a warning glance.

Spike looked at Willow. "I might have been wrong...not too pathetic if I can use it, eh luv?"

"Spike" Willow said, shaking her head at his youthful glee at having one up on Riley, "Behave."

He cocked an eyebrow and smirked at her, "Always with you, pet..."

Willow ignored the heat that went through her at his promising words as she purchased them two tickets to the movie. Damn incorrigible flirt.

**********

The group of six went into the lobby of the movie. The attendant tore their tickets and sullenly told them where that particular theater was located. Spike leaned over and whispered to Willow, "What flick are we seeing?"

She shrugged, "I dunno. Something loud I expect. Why?"

He looked at her innocently, "No reason. Hey, I'll buy you popcorn and all. Since you bought my ticket. I know I'm getting off a bit cheap, but I'll make it up to you."

Willow glanced at the price listing and then back at Spike. "Spike, when's the last time you've been out to a movie?"

"What was that?" Buffy asked, coming up behind them.

"I was just wondering when Spike had last been out to see a movie. He seems to think the concessions are cheaper than the movie ticket." Willow explained.

At that, the other four started laughing. Spike frowned, glaring at Willow. "What's so damn funny?"

"Spike. Look at the prices." Willow said, pointing to the menu.

He looked up, his jaw dropping. "That's blood robbery. I can't believe they call themselves businessmen. Back thirty years ago, you could see a movie, get soda, popcorn and a candy for less than five bucks. What the hell happened?"

Willow rolled her eyes, "Prices increased as wages increased. The products remain the same but they have to make up for rising movie costs. So, we get to pay five dollars for a bucket of popcorn that tastes rather like those nifty styrofoam eggs that are used in packing crates covered in greasy butter."

Buffy made a face, "That leaves oil on your fingers and is impossible to get out of a white shirt."

"And leaves that aftertaste coating on your tongue" Anya added, shivering.

"So, I take it you ladies don't want popcorn" Riley said, glancing at Spike and Xander and grimacing at the girl's description of movie popcorn.

"Fuck yes we do" Buffy said, taking his arm.

"We said it was bad, not that we didn't want it" Anya added moving into line with Xander.

"Sometimes the things that are bad for you are the most enjoyable" Willow said, smiling shyly at Spike.

He grinned openly, "Just for that admission, luv, I'll buy you a large popcorn AND a box of goobers."

"Spike" Willow said, glancing at him.

"Yeah Red?" he asked, suddenly enjoying the whole group bonding experience as she took his hand in hers.

She bit her lip, hoping he wouldn't be upset since he seemed a bit obsessed with them. "Uh...I hate goobers."

**********

"I am not sitting by him" Anya said, tapping her foot in the aisle as the group argued over seating arrangements.

"Why?" Buffy asked, glaring at the ex demon.

Anya rolled her eyes and then looked at Riley in disgust, "He might get me wet."

Riley hissed, "I was fucking six years old!"

"You were fucking when you were six? Wow....and to think I was only interested in hot wheels at that time" Xander said, laughing in delight at the displeasure Riley was going through. Served Mr. Thinks He's Perfect because he's dating a slayer right. Besides, Xander still thought Riley's head was too large for his body. Looked damn abnormal.

"Xander. Anya. Leave him alone" Buffy said, sighing.

"Aw...isn't that sweet. Big bad slayer defending her little boy" Spike said, laughing as he pushed rudely past them all and pulled Willow to the end of the aisle. He sat down, the large bucket of popcorn sending several pieces onto the sticky floor. Willow sat down beside him, wondering how much longer her friends would stand in the theater and argue. People were already watching them instead of the annoying little tidbits of information that were blinking on the screen.

"Fine. I'll sit by Willow" Riley said, knowing the redhead wouldn't tease him. She had her hands full with Spike. Suddenly, images of last Saturday and where her hands had been on Spike flashed in his mind. Grimacing at the images, he sat down. Buffy sat beside him. Then it was Xander and Anya.

"Want a raisinette?" Willow offered to Riley with a grin.

"Sure." Riley said, glad to see that there wasn't a teasing look in her eyes. He'd had his fill of being the amusement for the evening.

"Can't believe you don't like Goobers" Spike muttered, shaking his head as he popped several of the hard candies into his mouth. He also couldn't believe that all their snacks had cost him twenty bucks plus some change. Bloody expensive, these movies. He felt Willow's leg brush his and his cock hardened. Well worth the cost, he decided, his arm going across the seat behind her neck.

"What can I say? I have good taste" She remarked, getting a handful of greasy popcorn. She felt his hand brush her neck and heat rushed over her. She fidgeted in her seat, wondering how damn long this movie was. She felt his fingers begin to play with a strand of her hair. She glared at him as she chewed her popcorn.

"Oh...oh...oh...It's the Breakfast Club" Xander said around a mouthful of popcorn.

"What?" Spike said, wondering again why he hadn't killed the moron. Oh, wait, the implant. That's right...maybe he could hire someone to do it for him. He might be able to convince Willow that it was merely a good deed...putting the idiot out of his misery.

"The quote" Willow said, pointing to the screen. "That was from the movie The Breakfast Club."

"Ooooh." he said, looking at the screen for the first time. "Wow...these things are in color now aren't they? And they have games."

Willow laughed as she took a sip from her soda. She and Spike began to play the quizzes that flashed before them. Soon, the whole row was shouting out answers. She saw several people look and them and smile, shaking their heads. She had to smile. This was nice. No demons...no death. Just friends, hanging out at the movie and being loud. What more could a typical teenager want? She felt Spike's fingers touch her neck, wetness pooling between her thighs. Well, besides that.

**********

The lights darkened as the sound system blared. Willow frowned wondering if it was going to be that loud through the entire movie. She figured it would be. And the really wonderful part, she thought wryly, was that it was a shoot em up explosion action movie. Just her favorite.

She watched the previews, seeing several films coming soon that she would like to see. She laughed at a few trailers and frowned at others. She moved in her chair, wishing it were a bit more comfortable. She felt Spike move her head to his shoulder, his hand still drawing lazy circles on her shoulder and neck. Smiling slightly, she found her thoughts going back to last Friday...back to the most amazing night of her life........

The gang had met at Buffy's old house, her mother having gone to Seattle for an art exhibit. Riley, being of age, had managed to bring several varieties of alcohol for the group to consume. Willow, always being the smart one, had performed a small spell on herself to keep her wits and sobriety. She knew it wouldn't be wise if they all got smashed. Besides, she hated being at the liquors mercy.

After several rounds for everyone, things had gotten loud and lively. Eventually, the group had ended up playing a bastard version of truth or dare, Anya style. No holds barred...After two questions, she had ended up being tied to a supposedly drunk Spike, his body half nude due to a dare he'd taken from Buffy. She couldn't help her body's reaction to him being so close. And, the bad thing, Xander had managed to tie them together rather well. Other bad thing, they had been on the floor behind the couch. Of course, the group soon began to play again and forgot about them. To this night, she didn't know how Spike had managed to remove his hands from the ropes, but she had felt him touching her, his hands exploring her body.

The ropes had fallen away as they both began to explore each other. Their mouths had met, clothes flying off as the passion they had both been ignoring erupted beyond their control. He had entered her, taking her cry in his mouth. Throughout the night, they had made love tangled in the ropes behind the couch as the others fell asleep, drunk. She had fallen asleep after hours of exploring and touching and sex, his cock still buried inside her. She had woken up to Buffy's strangled scream and her friend's shocked stares. Embarrassed and sure that Spike must have been drunk, she had claimed the alcohol had made her pass out. She knew Buffy was smart enough to know something had happened. Hell, he'd still been inside her. But, she had realized over the years, if someone didn't want to believe something, they rarely did unless it was impossible to ignore. They accepted her explanation that it had been all part of the game and hadn't mentioned it again.

Now, she was stuck beside him in a dark movie theater. Her desire for him had not died down. In fact, after that one night, she hadn't been able to get him out of her mind. She glanced at him carefully, seeing his eyes watching her instead of the movie. She blushed as she turned her head to face the screen. She heard him chuckle as his hand began to slide lower. She felt his mouth on her ear as he whispered, "Remember, pet...I owe you..." before his hand clasped her breast. She inhaled sharply, arching towards his palm. She glanced at Riley and the others and saw them intently watching the movie. He owed her. What the hell did he plan on doing to get her back?

**********

Anya frowned at the screen. This was so not what she had in mind when she heard movie night. A stupid film with boring dialogue, bad acting and lots of guns. What was it with men and guns? They were like children with the damn things. Was it the nice loud bang they made on screen? Now, she knew Xander would never deal with them personally. He was too much of a wuss to bother aiming a gun. He'd just run. But, like all men, he seemed to enjoy these action movies. She still had not found one redeeming thing about this film. It was already twenty-two minutes into the thing and she was still bored. She watched as the group of young men went into the shower. She straightened in her chair as bare asses were flashed, firm...pale and tanned...she smiled slightly. Maybe there was something to these action movies after all. Sweaty half nude men...she was enjoying it more already.

Xander grimaced as the men went into the shower. He noticed Anya paying attention, the bored look leaving her face. Well, at least one person was enjoying the nudeness. He sure wasn't. He glanced down looking for his M&Ms. Ah, he found them beside the twizzlers. Movie candy. The best thing about going out instead of renting. He looked back at the screen, thankful the nude scene was over.

Buffy held Riley's hand, watching the movie intently. The weapons the characters were using were rather interesting. She'd have to ask Giles if the council would get her one of the models of guns the villain had. It pretty much smoked everything around. She could already envision the scattered demon parts if she could use a weapon like that instead of a silly old knife or crossbow. She's have to remember what kind it was and ask. She knew he still had connections with the council...Hell, they owed her. Well, if they wouldn't get her one, maybe Riley could. She smiled at that thought. She'd better be real nice if she was going to ask for that favor.

Riley saw the gleam in Buffy's eyes every time the villain came on screen. He sighed, knowing she would ask him for at least one of the numerous weapons the guy had. He had ruined her by letting her use some of his equipment. Now, she was like a kid in a candy store. And he was her supplier. But, he rather liked it. He felt better knowing she had something a bit more lethal than a stake to back her up. He recognized several things the initiative already had and knew he'd sign out at least one before the weekend was over. He'd get her anything she wanted if it was within his grasp. He loved her, after all.

Willow shifted in the seat, waiting. Since his threat, his hand had stayed firmly on her breast, not moving at all. He was playing with her. Damn stupid vampire. She couldn't enjoy the movie, not knowing what he was going to do or when. She hated waiting. Her patience was growing thin. He'd better make a damn move soon or she might scream.

Spike was utterly bored out of his mind. He hated these blow em up movies. Always had. But, it was loud. Very loud. AND, the other members of the gang seemed enthralled. He planned to use that to his advantage. He could hear Willow's heart beating erratically. Smiling, he left his hand where it was. She could wait a bit longer. He wanted to be able to smell her arousal before he made the next move. She'd have to practically be begging for it. Teach her to play drunk after the most magnificent shagging in his one hundred and twenty six year history as a vampire. This time, there would be no such excuse. She'd be wide-eyed and sober. And begging. He smirked as she glared at him again. Begging very nicely.

**********

Willow shifted in her seat, her long skirt tangling in her legs. She grimaced, wishing she had just worn jeans. But, no. Stupid her had worn a new skirt to try to impress Spike. It was beautiful, falling to her ankles in vibrant golds, reds and blues. But, sitting in a chair, it was annoying as hell to deal with. She heard Spike chuckle and knew what he must thinking. Damn annoying idiot.

The movie was about half over. Spike could smell her slight arousal in the air. He recognized her scent immediately. Smiling in the darkness, he decided that it was time. He owed her for her teasing earlier. She was about to find out how he repaid his debts. He moved his arm from around her shoulders, moving to the other side of his chair. He saw her glance at him and would have smiled if he weren't trying to act as though he were ignoring her. She frowned and turned back to the movie. Perfect.

Willow couldn't believe him. Spend an hour teasing her with his soft caresses only to pull away and act like she was diseased or something. She hated him. She wondered again why on Earth she had fallen in love with him. He was annoying and sarcastic and rude and really didn't like any of her friends. But, he was also gentle and caring and intelligent and handsome and funny and he took care of what he loved. She heard him shift in his chair and kept her attention on the movie in front of her. He was trying to get her to beg. Well, it wouldn't happen. She took her soda from the cup holder and put the straw in her mouth. Suddenly, she felt a slight movement on her leg. She gasped almost choking on her soda when she felt his head between her thighs.

Willow saw her skirt lift as she felt his lips on her leg. She coughed, her soda going down the wrong way. Riley looked over at her, "You ok?"

She felt Spike's mouth drift higher, "Uh huh" she said in a strangled whisper as his tongue ran over the cotton of her panties. She whimpered slightly, getting a strange look from Riley.

"Where's Spike?" Riley asked, seeing the empty seat beside the redhead.

Willow felt the material of her panties moved to the side as Spike's tongue came in direct contact with her clit. She tightened her grip on the side of her chair, not even hearing Riley's question. She shifted lower in her seat, her skirt covering his head completely.

"Willow? Where's Spike?" Riley hissed, wondering if the blonde had gone for more food. Then worried about what sort of food he might have gone for. "He uh" Willow said, her voice slightly breathless as Spike found her spot. She moaned softly, clearing her voice, "went for some air...."

Riley nodded, wondering what was happening to the girl. She was acting very strange. "Are you sure you're ok?"

"Yessssss" she hissed, her eyes watching the screen.

He nodded, deciding it must be a female thing. He turned back to watch the movie, the redhead beside him soon forgotten as he became interested in the plot.

Willow moved slightly forward, moving against Spike's face. She couldn't believe him. Any one of her friends could suddenly notice the rather large lump under her skirt. Did he have no shame? She felt his finger slide into her, her hand reaching for the popcorn. She put some in her mouth, knowing if she didn't she might let out a scream. She continued to eat her way through the orgasm that rocked her body, wetting the bottom of her skirt as well as Spike's face. Her breathing was ragged as he shifted, the skirt falling back into place.

Spike sat back down, licking his lips as he looked at her passion-glazed face. She was wide eyed, her face flushed in the lights of the movie. He could still taste her. His cock hardened as he imagined taking her right there in that chair, slayer be damned. Of course, he couldn't do that. He had to wait. How bloody long was this damn movie anyway? He was beginning to think it would never end. Playing it cool, he winked at her. Smirking, he leaned over and whispered in her ear, "Gotcha." before settling back in place, his attention on the movie.

**********

"Well, that was a good movie" Buffy said, stepping into the night.

"It was ok" Willow muttered, her eyes on Spike's face.

Buffy snorted, "You mean what you saw of it."

Willow's face flushed, "I saw it."

"Well, it was nice but Xander and I have plans" Anya said, smiling. "See you wild and crazy kids tomorrow."

"Bye guys" Xander called out as Anya pulled him down the street.

"So....Willow. What was your favorite part" Buffy baited her friend.

"Uh...well...when that one guy hit the other one" Willow said, playing it safe. She glared at Buffy, annoyed at Riley and Spike's smug grins. Damn men.

"OH...that one" Buffy said. She laughed, "Well, from the moans and whimpers coming from you I thought it might have been the part where Spike got a bit hungry...for Willow!"

"BUFFY!" Willow shrieked, her face flaming red.

"So that's what it was" Riley said, laughing suddenly. "I thought you were just going nuts or something."

"Watch it, Hook" Willow said, her eyes daring him to comment.

"I'm shutting up" Riley said. "Come on, Buffy. Leave them alone. Let's go."

"Daft damn slayer" Spike said, rolling his eyes. "She won't leave it alone."

"You two are such goobers. You want each other...do you think I don't know about last weekend? I wasn't that drunk" Buffy said. "I approve. Go, have fun. Oh, and Willow?"

"What?" Willow asked, wondering if this could any more embarrassing.

"Remember that he doesn't have to breathe" Buffy laughed as she winked, her arm linked with Riley's as they walked off.

"I'm going to kill her" Willow said softly, avoiding Spike's eyes.

"Stand in line, pet" Spike said, his tone amused.

"You aren't mad?" Willow asked, venturing a look at him.

He snorted, "About what? Well, I for one didn't need the damn slayer's permission but let her believe what she wants."

"Not about that...about us" Willow said, her voice hesitant.

"Us?" Spike repeated, a lazy smile crossing his handsome face. "I think I like the sound of that."

"You do?" Willow squeaked.

Spike rolled his eyes, his arm around her shoulders as he began to walk back to his apartment with her. "I do...come with me...I'll show you just how much I like it."

She smiled at the wicked look in his eyes, the promise in his voice and the smile on his face, "You can show me anything you want."

He laughed, "Promises...promises..."

She leaned up and kissed him softly, her eyes bright and full of lust, "Only with you."

"Damn right" he said, smiling as they began to walk, hands clasped. He suddenly began to laugh, "Did the slayer call us goobers?"

Willow remembered Buffy's words, "Yes, she did." She started to laugh thinking about the course of the evening. "Damn. I use to hate goobers."
