Soulmates

Harder They Fall

Willow frowned slightly before replacing it with a soft smile. The frown was so fleeting that no one noticed it mar her delicate features. Buffy was to absorbed in watching the man cross the student commons towards them.

"Hey you" she said softly, smiling at Riley.

"Hey" he said before gently kissing her and taking a seat. He glanced at Willow, "Hey Will. Am I interrupting anything?"

"No" Willow said quietly.

It was the truth. She and Buffy had just been discussing a body that they had found on patrol three days before. Willow was convinced that something supernatural had been involved but the coroner had ruled a heart attack. The others accepted the ruling at face value. She did not. There was something about the woman's death that nagged at her. She couldn't convince anyone else though so she was just wasting her time.

"Good. I just stopped by to make sure it was 8 o'clock that I was picking you up."

"That's an awful excuse. You could have just simply said that you had to see me to be able to make it through the day." Buffy said smiling into his eyes.

Willow blocked them out. There was only so much of their sweet couple talk she could stomach this time of day. It wasn't Riley. She actually liked the man. He was good for Buffy. She hadn't see her friend smile so much in months. She knew Angel would always stay in Buffy's heart, but she was glad that she had moved on. Riley was helping ease her hurt, so Willow was glad that he was around.

It also wasn't jealousy. She had lost Oz five months ago. At the time, she had wondered if life would go on. She had found out that it did. She had spoken to him several times. That had actually made her get over him faster than if he had been silent. Amazingly, it was Spike who had pushed her to get on with her life. She and the blond vampire had a very good friendship that surprised the others. He had been the final push she needed.

Before she could think on it any further, she noticed two familiar men heading towards their table. She recognized them as friends of Riley, fellow Initiative agents. She didn't know their names, but she'd seen them before. The one in front walked cockily through the students, a smile on his face. He appeared completely at ease with the crowd. The other one captured her attention.

He was handsome. As Cordelia would say, a major dose of salty goodness. That wasn't what kept her attention though. It was the serious look on his face as he scanned the students. She wouldn't be surprised if he couldn't describe most of them in detail when finished. There was no emotion on his face as they reached the table. Maybe too serious.

"Riley, my man. Tsk. Tsk. Keeping these two lovely ladies to yourself. Selfish, farm boy."

"Forrest, what do you want?" Riley asked, the smile having dropped from his face when they had approached.

"There's a problem at the dorm. We have to go now." Graham said quietly.

Willow almost had to strain to hear is words. His eyes glanced at her and she stared. He was beautiful, in a masculine way. Why hadn't she noticed that before? She knew the answer. She had been with Oz the other times she had seen him.

"What the quiet man means to say is, we need you buddy. Can we pry you away from your blonde for a few hours?"

Graham frowned slightly before schooling his face back to normal. He had meant to say what he had said. Damn Forrest and all his talking. He noticed a look of amusement in the blonde's eyes at the mention of the dorm. It bothered him. He glanced and caught green eyes watching him curiously. Suddenly uncomfortable, he shifted his large form. He wondered if Riley had told his girlfriend about the initiative. They would have to talk.

"Yes. Buffy, I'll see at 8. Bye Willow."

Willow watched them leave, her attention on the dark haired man beside Riley.

Mary Haite glanced at the darkened streets and sighed. Sunnydale of all places. What had ever caused her to come here? She knew the answer. She had foolishly followed the man she thought she loved from New York to LA. Only, he had left her at the bus stop in Sunnydale that afternoon, taking her money and purse. So, she was forced to find a way to get the ticket money for the remainder of the trip.

Problem was this town seemed to die at midnight. The streets had been empty for half an hour. She hadn't seen a car much less someone who wanted to pay for her company. Footsteps approached from her right and she turned. She smiled suddenly.

A tall man was walking slowly towards her. He had thick dark blonde hair that fell to his shoulders. She loved long hair on a man. She looked into his eyes and knew he must be wearing contacts. They were violet. No one had purple eyes. He was gorgeous.

"Hello there. Want some company?" she asked huskily, pushing her dark hair from her neck.

"Are you my Lady Fair?" he asked, stopping in front of her.

His voice was deep and accented. He sounded French. "I can be anyone you want me to be."

A flash of irritation struck his eyes. He reached up, his large hand caressing her cheek. "Are you my Lady Fair?"

Mary started to answer but screamed instead. A fire was burning inside her. It started in her stomach and spread out to her arms and legs. She felt sweat cover her, soaking her clothes. She fell back against the wall, sliding to the ground. She screamed several times as pain made her body twitch. Finally, her eyes glazed over and she stopped breathing.

The man looked down at her, sadness in his eyes. Slowly a smile crossed his handsome face, "Guess you aren't."

He continued down the street, leaving her dead form on the ground. Maybe he would find her tomorrow. He knew she was somewhere in Sunnydale. He had been told by his vision. He was close...so close. Soon, he would.

**********

Graham Miller scowled at the screen in front of him. He hit the button and waited. Nothing. He should have known better to use the computers in the university library. They never wanted to work. This was what he got for not wanting to go all the way back to the dorm to work on his paper. Convenience was not a blessing in this case. All that he had written so far was going to be lost. He fought the urge to send the computer off the table. Taking a deep breath, he counted to ten and tried again.

Willow bit her lip to keep from smiling. She had been watching Riley's friend for the past few minutes. He was having problems but was too stubborn to just ask for assistance. She wondered if he would continue glaring at the computer in hopes that it would suddenly unfreeze. Men, she thought rolling her eyes.

She got her books together. She was meeting Spike in an hour and knew how impatient he was. She couldn't be late or else risk his wrath. She giggled at that thought. Now a days, that consisted of listening to him whine constantly and make threats of what he could do when the implant was removed. He always got more annoyed when she just smiled at him and ignored him. He was rather like a child that way.

"Damn stupid machine" she heard softly cursed behind her. Giving in, she turned.

Graham heard a voice speak to him. Looking up, he gazed into amused green eyes that were sparkling with mischief. Buffy's redhead friend, he recognized her instantly. The one that had made him feel uncomfortable just by looking at him the other day. The one that hadn't left his mind since that encounter. He didn't like being laughed at. He would show her he wasn't amusing. He'd impress her, he decided.

"Problems?" she asked in a sweet, soft voice.

He nodded, "It froze." He closed his eyes briefly.

How stupid did he just sound? A beautiful woman speaking to him and he becomes a blithering idiot. It froze. A flash of irritation at his words crossed his face. There goes that plan of sounding intelligent and capturing her interest.

Willow smiled. She thought he was cute. He looked a bit lost on how to deal with the computer. Maybe he wasn't so serious after all. "I can see that."

"Yeah, well. It won't work."

And yet another bit of sparkling conversation. Graham, my man, stop while you're ahead. Good thing Forrest isn't around to witness this humiliation. What is it about her that turns me into this witty mess? She isn't that cute. Not my type at all. I don't even know her name.

"You're being too rough." she said softly.

He glanced at her, his eyes watching her as she leaned over, her hair brushing his cheek. He froze as he inhaled the scent of apples and flowers. She smelled sweet.

"Rough?" he repeated quietly.

She took the mouse in her hand and moved it, "You have to be gentle. Move your hand softly across the surface. It won't work if you just drag it. Too rough. It has to be teased into moving again. See? Move it around slowly, in circles is always nice. Then, just when it is ready, push your finger. Just....like....that."

He felt himself harden as her tongue darted out to lick her lips. Her words affecting him in a way he couldn't explain. Hell, who was he kidding. He was fighting the urge to push her onto the table and show her just how gently he could be...just how teasing. He controlled the urge, knowing that she had no idea where his mind was playing. She turned towards him, their faces just inches away. Her eyes widened in awareness as they took in the look in his own eyes. She moved back, her face flushing.

"Uh...It's fixed."

He glanced at the screen and saw his paper again. He smiled softly. She had done that while he'd been turning her innocent words into foreplay. He really needed to get out more.

"Thank you" he said quietly, turning to her.

She was gone. He straightened up, his eyes darting down the aisle. Where had she gone? He looked at the computer, putting his hand on the mouse. Moving slowly, he saved his paper. He had to talk to Riley. He wanted to know who the shy redhead was that intrigued him so. He couldn't get her out of his mind. He knew his friend would have the answers. He had to.

Willow caught her breath when she reached the outside. She hadn't realized how provocative her words had been, how close they had been, until she had seen the desire in his penetrating gaze. Desire for her. It boggled her mind. Again she wondered what it was about him that drew her like a moth to the flame. She didn't even know his name. She shook his image from her mind. He had to be thinking about someone else. No one like that would ever think of her that way. She headed off to meet Spike. She knew he would shake her from her dazed mood....make her forget that tall, quiet man that had haunted her thoughts lately.

**********************

The man stood over the girl's body. He had thought she might be the one. He had recognized something in her eyes....those green eyes that looked so familiar. He had been wrong again. He looked up into the night sky and wondered if he would ever be reunited with his Lady Fair. He knew she was here. Her energy was throughout the town. It drew him closer. He ran a hand through his blond hair as he moved from the body.

He was growing tired of the game. It was time to find her, once and for all. She belonged with him, just as she had a century ago. Maybe now she wouldn't fight him. He wouldn't have to...he cleared his thoughts of that time long ago. He didn't want to remember her and what she had forced him to do. It hadn't worked though. She had still left him. Never again. He planned on finding her and never letting go. He smiled, a sinister smile that lit the darkness. Yes, he would never let go.

**********

Spike snorted in disgust. The damn chit was ignoring him. Fine. She wanted to be alone, he'd leave her alone. He got up and started to walk away before sighing loudly. He moved back to the couch and sat down, his blue eyes staring at her intently.

Willow glanced at him wearily. She didn't know what had him so irritated, but it was fast getting annoying. "What?" she demanded.

"Where are you?" he asked finally, his voice rather harsh.

"Spike, I am so not in the mood for one of your games. Say what you mean."

"You. Your body is here with me, but your mind is off somewhere. Where is it? Is it nice there?" he asked sarcastically.

"I'm sorry. Guess I've been terrible company haven't I? I've been distracted."

He softened as he always did around Willow. Bloody soft, he was. "Never terrible pet. Want to talk about it?"

Willow gnawed her lower lip and pondered his question. Did she want to discuss it with him? Really, he had surprisingly become a great friend. If it hadn't been for his constant pushing, she would probably still be moping over Oz. "Do you believe in love at first sight?"

Spike froze, her question rendering him speechless. He didn't even want to understand the emotions coursing through his body. "Why do you ask?" he managed to ask, sounding unconcerned.

"I met this guy...there is just something about him that won't let him leave my mind."

Spike tightened his hand on the mug. He had visions of Willow, his Willow, with a mortal. What was she doing to him? He calmed his mind down before responding, "What's his name, pet?"

"I don't know."

He smiled. It was just a crush. That he could handle. He had no intention of sharing his Willow with anyone. If it hadn't been for her friendship, he would have walked into the sun months before. He couldn't lose her. "Ah." he said knowingly.

Willow frowned. What did he mean with that Ah? "Ah what?"

"Some guy you saw at lunch maybe? Thought was a 'hottie' as the slut bitch says. I don't think that's love Red. Lust maybe."

"No...he's a friend of Riley's. I feel like I've known him forever when I look into his eyes. There is this connection there that pulls at me. I've been dreaming about him since we met...."

This was bad. Friends approval. Dreams. Connections. Damn it. She'd better not get hurt. He couldn't stand to see that. He'd have paybacks, headaches or not. "What kind of dreams, luv?" he asked, trying to sound amused.

Willow had to laugh at the leer on Spike's face, "Not that kind. Perverted old demon." she rolled her eyes. "It's like when you and I talk. There is something there that feels comfortable. We had it even when you tried to kill me. The one between me and him just seems deeper somehow."

Spike grinned, knowing he had gone past the point of soft. He could never redeem himself, implant or not. Her soft words had provided him with more joy than any death he had caused his entire afterlife. "Well, pet. My first suggestion would be to find out the bloke's name. Might help to meet him before you start thinking about love and all that weepy sappy stuff."

"A name? You're right. I don't even know who he is. He could be engaged or involved or married...well, not married because he lives at the dorms with Riley and I don't think those are co-ed so that means no wife but she could live off campus. Oh Spike. I'm going crazy."

He laughed, "No you're not pet. Just infatuated. Ah, my little girl is growing up." he faked wiping a tear from his eye.

She punched him, laughing. "I'll always be your little girl, Pops."

"Promise?" he asked, the amusement leaving his face.

She looked into his eyes, her expressing serious. "Yes. No one can replace you in my heart, Spike. You are my best friend, well, besides Buffy that is."

He kept her gaze and smiled softly, "Damn. Second to the slayer. If I took care of her, got her bumped off, would I be number one?"

Willow laughed, breaking the moment. Sometimes she didn't understand the depth of her and Spike's relationship. "No killing Buffy. How about you both tie?"

"I guess I can live with that." He said, nodding. "So, when do I get to see Mr. Fantastic?"

Willow blushed slightly, "Who knows? It's probably just lust, like you said. He is very attractive....."

"Why don't we change the subject?" he suggested.

He was sick of hearing about this human chap. He was content now that he knew he wouldn't be pushed out of Willow's life.

"That's a great idea. Tell me about Paris in the thirties. You left off when you and Dru were at that Pierre guy's house."

He leaned back, a sinister smile on his face, "Ah, yes. Pierre....That was the life, my sweet Red. So much blood flowing...."

Willow smiled at the reminiscent tone in his voice. She listened, but her mind was still in the library.

**********

Riley glanced up at his dorm room door opened. He saw Graham walk in, a puzzled look on his face. He watched as his friend sat down on his bed. He waited expectantly.

Graham didn't know what to say. He had been rehearsing his questions since he had left the library, but nothing sounded right. He didn't want anyone to know about his growing attraction to the redhead. He didn't even know her. Rumors ran rampant over campus and he always managed to stay out of them. He didn't intended to change that now.

Riley cleared his throat, waiting for Graham to speak. He was trying to get his work done so that he could spend some extra time with Buffy that evening. He could almost hear the seconds ticking by as Graham stared at a spot on his wall.

He had had enough, "Graham! What do you want?"

Graham looked at Riley, his speech prepared, "Redhead."

"Lucille Ball" Riley threw out.

"What?" Graham asked.

Damn, even thinking about her made him into an idiot. He began to wonder if he would ever say more than a few words around her.

"Word association" Riley said, slipping into his TA mold. "You say a word and I say the first word that pops into my head. Redhead made me think of Lucille Ball. Somehow though by that confused look on your face you weren't playing that game."

Graham shook his head, wondering why he put up with Riley sometimes. Didn't the guy see his confusion at the feelings the redhead stirred in him? Some friend.

"Graham, I have fifty pages to read before tomorrow. I really would like to spend a few hours with Buffy tonight and I can't do that unless I finish reading. So, what the hell do you want?"

Graham shook himself out of his thoughts. How could Riley help him if he didn't even explain things to him? "The redhead. Buffy's friend. Who is she?"

Riley sat back in his chair, a smile crossing his face. Graham was interested in Willow. That was interesting. He decided the reading could wait. Hell, he could fake it if necessary. "Hmm...Buffy's friend. I don't know....does Buffy have a friend?"

Graham amended his earlier forgiveness. Riley was an evil bastard. "Riley."

"I know for a fact that Buffy doesn't know any other Riley's. Can't be her name."

"Come on man. She's all I can think about lately. Who is she?"

Riley stopped smiling at the intense look in Graham's eyes. This was strange. His friend was a great guy. He wouldn't want anyone else watching his back. But, Graham was never affected by a woman. He seemed completely oblivious to the lustful stares he got from the opposite sex. In fact, he rarely dated. The initiative and his friends were what his life centered around. For him to ask for information...the thought boggled Riley's mind. This was serious.

"Why do you want to know?" he asked, his tone even.

"She intrigues me" Graham said softly. It was the truth, but not near all he could say.

"Intrigues? Listen, Graham. She's a friend of mine too. I don't want her hurt because of a passing thing with you. She just got over a long relationship that ended last November. She doesn't need any more heartache."

"I didn't say I wanted to get involved with her" Graham protested. "I just want to know who she is. A name. Even a name would be nice."

Riley smiled at that, "Why don't you ask her?"

"Damn it, you're not going to make this easy are you? Bet you're enjoying this."

"After all the flack I've heard about Buffy? Hell yes I'm enjoying this. Just wish Forrest was here to witness the fall of the great Graham Miller."

"I'm not great and I haven't fallen."

"Yeah yeah yeah....keep saying that. It's the same thing I told myself for months after Buffy first assaulted me with her textbook. It gets worse. Trust me."

"Riley. The name. Who is she?"

Riley just smiled and laughed. "Ask her." He got up and grabbed the stake he had taken to carrying since dating Buffy.

"I'm going to remember this, Finn." Graham threatened softly.

Riley just laughed louder. "Call her. Just don't hurt her. You have to deal with me if you do."

Graham couldn't believe it. Riley really was leaving without telling him anything. He envisioned a slow torturous death for his friend. He almost didn't hear Riley's final parting remarks.

"Call Buffy's dorm. They're roommates. Ask for WILLOW!" Riley laughed as he left his room.

Graham smiled slowly. Willow. So that was her name. It fit her somehow. He felt better having a name to put to her face. He got up and shut Riley's door, heading to his own room. He needed to finish his paper then he was leading a patrol that evening. He wondered if she was as affected by him as he was by her. Probably not. Feeling saddened by that thought, he resolved to not think about her again that night. Well, until he dreamed at least.

**********

"I've got a secret" Riley said in a sing song voice. He waited for the explosion. It didn't take long.

"What?" Buffy demanded.

She saw the spark of mischief in Riley's eyes and fought a grin. She was so lucky to have found him. She still loved Angel, always would. Nothing would ever change that fact. But, Riley made her happy. He made her forget. For that, he would have her heart.

"It wouldn't be any fun if I just tell you" Riley said, rolling his eyes.

"Need I remind you that I could whip your ass if you don't tell me?"

"Well, there is that. Hell, I feel lucky. I'm danger man tonight. I've got a secret and you don't know it."

"Riley Finn. You had better spill your guts right this minute!" Buffy said, stomping her foot for added threatening ability.

"I love it when you get demanding" he said leaning over to capture her soft lips. After a gentle kiss, he pulled away. "You want to know my secret?"

"Uh huh" Buffy said, her eyes watching him with love.

"Guess who has expressed a more than passing interest in Willow?"

"Willow?" Buffy smiled, "Who? You'd better tell me...."

"Graham."

Buffy frowned slightly as she placed the name with a face, "Good looking? Tall, dark and handsome. Quiet, shy, completely involved with the Initiative. That Graham?"

"You think he's good looking?" Riley said, faking a hurt expression. "Better than me?"

Buffy had to laugh, "Hon, I love you, but Graham is major league babe. You're close, but he has that added aura of mystery and aloofness that we women just love."

"Really?" Riley asked, this time serious. "Is that what attracts them to him?"

"Well, that and those great eyes...that body...that nice tight as..."

"Ok. I get the picture. Good grief. Maybe I shouldn't let you around him anymore. Don't know if you could keep control of yourself."

"You're the only soldier boy I want in my life. Now, Willow on the other hand. She could do with someone in her life. Do you think they would be good together? I don't really know him...."

Riley thought about it. "I really don't know. Graham surprises me sometimes. I think I have him pegged and he can come up with something that blows me away. They are both attractive, intelligent, involved in the fight against supernatural demons. They have a common ground to begin something, even if it turns out to be just friendship."

"Friendship is always good, to start. Who knows where it could lead. What should we do?"

Riley smiled, "Well, I already made him squirm before I'd even give him her name. I think you should talk to Willow, test the waters, so to speak. I don't want either of them hurt because we interfered. Let's see if she's as interested as he is. We go from there."

"Sounds like a plan, my man. I'll do the friendly inquiry tomorrow. Now, enough about Willow and Graham. We have all night with no patrol...." Buffy let her voice drop as she ran her hands along the front of his shirt.

Riley smiled, "I like how you think. Have I ever told you that?"

"Once or twice" Buffy said, smiling. They met in a passionate kiss as they tumbled to his bed.

**********

"Do you think he's ready for this?" Buffy asked softly.

Riley shrugged, "I have faith that he will be fine. Besides, you haven't heard him talking constantly about Willow for the last few days. If I hear one more word about how her hair resembles fire I may do something rash."

Buffy smiled, "Is he that bad?"

Riley nodded, "I've never seen him this way about a girl before. It is nice in a way, but almost frightening in another."

"Willow hasn't said about him to me, but she and I don't talk as much as we use to." Buffy said quietly.

Riley glanced at her, "Really? Did you have a fight or something?"

"No. Good lord no. She, amazing as it may seem, confides more in Spike than she does me. I don't get it personally. He's tried to kill her a few times yet she would rather share her secrets with him than with me."

"The green is showing." Riley commented.

Buffy glared at him, "Fine. I admit it. I'm jealous of that bleach blond dead head. He took my friend away."

"You have me"

"It's not the same" Buffy whined. "I know she's still my friend, but she hasn't said a word to me about Graham. They have to have spoken sometime for him to be affected that bad. I know someone is occupying her mind...."

"Maybe we shouldn't do this. I'd hate for Graham to be hurt. He is a good guy and doesn't deserve that."

"We aren't doing anything except allowing him to help us fight a demon. We will be trusting him with my secret. If, by chance, he and Willow have sparks fly, well, that isn't our fault is it?"

Riley smiled slowly. "You're right. We aren't really doing anything except extending him an invitation for research hell at the watcher's place."

"Besides, I saw the way she watched him that day in the commons. She was interested."

"I hope you're right" Riley said, believing that she was. "Maybe it will at least shut him up for a bit."

"Come on. Let's find Graham and see if he wants to help."

**********

Willow looked around the room and stared. It was beautiful. The floor was cold and appeared to be made of stone. The moon shone in the window and she shivered as a slight breeze blew in. She focused her eyes on her dress and smiled slightly. It was white and thin. It must be her nightgown, she decided. She could see the pink of her nipples as they strained at the material. She glanced towards the door. She was waiting for someone, she knew instantly.

Her eyes went to the huge bed that dominated the room. Huge covers were spread over it and she saw three pillows. She looked at the stitching on the cases and read: NF, JF, and LB. Initials of some sort. She moved to the bureau, looking into the mirror. She gasped slightly. She had changed. Her hair fell in deep red curls down her back past her ass. It was pulled away from her face with pins. Her breasts were fuller...she was also at least an inch taller. But her eyes and her face were the same. She heard the door open and felt a surge of love and arousal go through her. She turned, a smile on her lips.

It was two men. She felt her breath catch as she gazed at them. Memories came to her. Someone else's memories. She knew them well. They were hers. Always had been. One was her husband, the other their lover and good friend. They lived here together. They made her happy. She knew suddenly that they had been gone, they had gone to town. They looked up and caught her in their gaze. Willow couldn't believe it. Blue eyes and a cocky grin met her first look. A man that looked surprisingly like Spike with dark hair came forward, moving gracefully across the room. He reached her, his lips taking hers. She felt a heat spread through her as she melted against his familiar body. His hands roamed her possessively.

She heard an amused voice say, "Unhand my wife, Louis. I've missed her too."

She felt him pull back and heard his amused voice speak above her, "Not as much as I, Jaques. But, since it is your ring she wears, I heed to your request."

Willow turned to her husband, recognizing Riley's friend. He was smiling playfully as he exchanged witty banter with Louis/Spike. She glanced at his finger and saw a band that matched her own. Jaques and Louis. They were her lovers. Both of them.

She saw him smile at her as he moved closer, "Did you miss us Nicolette?"

"Mais oui." she heard a soft voice say and realized that she had spoken. "It is much colder in bed alone."

Jaques exchanged a smile with Louis who had stepped behind her. "We will warm you up, my Lady Fair."

Willow didn't register his words as she felt Spike's hands behind her. She leaned back, arching towards her husband. Jaques moved forward, his hands quickly removing her nightgown. Willow felt his lips on her stomach as he knelt before her. She felt hot breath between her legs before she heard a loud ringing.

Willow hit the alarm, cursing the clock. It was just getting to the good part. She caught her breath as she realized that she had just been about to have an erotic dream with two male leads. She really needed to get out more. She stood and headed to the shower.

*************

Graham's eyes opened suddenly. He sat up, running a hand through his thick hair. What had just happened? He'd dreamed of Willow before but never like that. Who was the other guy and why did he seem so familiar? Had he really just dreamed about sharing Willow with another man? Grimacing, he decided to spend some time in the gym. Maybe working out would take away his erotic dreams. Besides, Buffy and Riley wanted to speak to him that afternoon.

********************

Spike woke up groaning. He'd dreamed of Willow again. Not just Willow but another man. He scowled as he punched the pillow beneath his head. He hadn't had another man since Angelus. In fact, Angelus was the only man he had ever had. Why the bloody hell would he suddenly start dreaming about some torrid threesome? Remembering Willow as she had looked in his dream, he felt his cock stiffen. There had been such love and devotion between the three of them. A feeling of acceptance and desire that filled the air around them. His scowl deepened. It bothered him. The details of it. He rarely dreamed and never so vividly. That was almost like reliving a memory. Closing his eyes, he wondered wistfully if he could find that place again.

**********

Graham looked at Buffy then back to Riley. They were watching him, serious expressions on their faces. He started to laugh. "That's a good one guys. You almost had me."

"We're serious" Riley said, exasperated at his friend.

"Yeah, right. Buffy's the slayer. Guess that makes me Merlin."

"Why do people always laugh when they find out I'm the slayer? I could get a complex you know." Buffy said grumpily.

Graham noticed that they were both looking at him still. His laughter died as he asked, "Are you serious?"

"Duh. What planet have you been on?"

"Buffy" Riley looked at his lover warningly. "Yes Graham. We're serious. Buffy is the slayer."

"It's a myth." Graham said softly.

"Just like vampires I suppose. We see how that turned out." Buffy said snidely, still ticked that he had laughed at her.

"Good grief. You are serious" Graham said, shaking his head.

"No one else knows on my team." Riley said, needing Graham to pay attention.

"Forrest?" Graham asked. Riley shook his head. "So, you trust me with your secret. I feel honored."

"We need some help. Riley trusts you with his life. That's good enough for me."

"Thanks" Graham smiled at his friend. He hadn't realized how deep their friendship really was. Now, he knew.

"No problem." Riley shook it off. "We need help researching. The others are probably already there."

"Others?" Graham asked curiously.

"My team" Buffy said, smiling. "You'll meet them all tonight."

"Willow?" Graham had to ask.

Buffy's smile got bigger, "Yes, Willow. Come on, commando boys. We get to his the books tonight."

Graham started off ahead of them. Buffy glanced at Riley and saw his smirk, "Fine. You're right. He has it bad for her."

"He took it better than I thought he would."

"He laughed at me" Buffy whined, "But he seems like a good guy. Should we tell him about Spike?"

Riley's grin widened, "Nah....I want to see what he does when he sees Hostile 17 working with your group."

"Completely evil, my love." Buffy said. "But, it will pay him back for laughing."

They hurried to catch up to Graham who was lost in thoughts of Willow.

Willow looked up smiling as Buffy came into Giles' apartment. "You're late" she scolded playfully.

"My fault. I really need a watch." Riley said, coming in and giving Willow a brief hug.

"Hey, guys. We recruited some more help. This is Graham, a friend and fellow initiative member. Graham, this is everybody." Buffy said, watching Willow's face. She wasn't disappointed as she elbowed Riley.

Willow froze as she stared at Graham. That was his name. He too stood still, watching her. She saw his eyes flood with lust and longing. Lust for her? She knew somehow that his eyes mirrored hers.

"I never did thank you for helping me last week" he said softly, his voice sending shivers up and down her spine.

She licked her lips, "No problem. You were having trouble...."

"I'm Graham" he held out his hand, completely oblivious to everything around them.

"Willow" she said softly, a faint blush spreading over her cheeks as they touched hands. She glanced at him and saw similar awareness on his face. The air crackled between them.

Buffy let out a breath and fanned herself. Damn. You could feel the chemistry in the air. Those two were electric together.

Riley cleared his throat, breaking the moment. "Graham, we're trying to find out something about some dead girls."

Willow suddenly went into action. "I feel that there is more to it than the police want to believe. There have been three bodies found in the last two weeks. All younger than 25. All appear to have suffered from a heart attack. All have been found in dark alleys or on the street. In Sunnydale, that is just too coincidental."

Buffy nodded, "Yeah. Willow's been suspicious since the first one. We ignored it but then there were two more. She's right about this one being something evil."

Willow moved away from Graham, sitting on the back of the sofa. She avoided his gaze as she tried to calm herself down. Rarely had she been that affected by just a touch.

"What do you need me to do?"

"Start with the books over there. Look for any demon that leaves it victims in a state that would resemble a heart attack. That's about all we can do until we have some sort of confirmation."

He nodded and reached for a book. He was slowly getting past that initial contact with Willow. It was really a good thing that no one could read his thoughts. They would have seen him taking her right there on the floor of the small apartment. He shook his head, freeing it of the images.

The door opened and Spike came in, his eyes finding Willow. "Honey, I'm home."

Graham saw Willow smile at the newcomer. He felt a bolt of jealousy at whoever had made her so happy. He turned and his mouth fell open. "Hostile 17!"

Willow glanced at Graham then back at Spike. Spike sneered as he turned to the human who had called out the name. Willow moved forward, putting her hand on Spike's chest. Graham put his hand on her shoulder, trying to get her out of the vampire's way. At the contact, a wave of electricity rolled through the room. They froze at the desire that crackled in the air.

Graham glanced up, staring into blue eyes. Softly, he spoke, "Louis?"

Spike recognized the name. What was going on here? "Jaques?"

Willow heard the names and whimpered. "No...it was just a dream....there's no way...just a dream...."

Buffy and the others stared, waiting. They had no idea what was going on. They heard names that were no familiar. Giles felt a sense of foreboding at the sparks that the threesome seemed to be sending out.

The men looked at her, love and passion in their confused eyes as they spoke her name together softly, "Nicolette."

Willow heard the name and knew. Somehow they had had the same dream. She looked at Graham, "My husband" she said quietly, remembering. She then turned to Spike, "Our lover."

"What the hell is going on?" Buffy finally demanded. She hated being out of the loop.

"I wish I knew" Graham said, casting a curious glance at Spike.

"Seems Red, the human and I had the same dream." Spike said, confusion in his blue eyes.

"Not possible" Buffy said.

"Actually, it is." Giles said, rubbing his head. "In the dream, were you you?"

Willow shook her head, moving to sit down. Spike sat beside her leaning on the arm of the sofa. "No. It was weird. I knew them by sight, but I also had all these memories."

Graham sat down beside Willow, his leg touching her knee. He ignored the rush of desire that spread through him at the simple touch. "Me too. I knew Willow but I didn't recognize him."

"Same here. I never saw commando boy when they captured me. Too cowardly to face me face to face." Spike said under his breath. Graham glared at him.

"Those names. What were they?" Riley asked, trying to understand what his friend was involved in.

"From what I remember, I was Nicolette. Graham was my husband, Jaques. Spike was Louis, a close friend and our lover."

"Wait. Hold up. You were both doing Dead Boy Jr.?" Xander asked, snapping to attention.

Graham fidgeted on the sofa. "That's what I got from it."

"We were both hers" Spike said, gesturing to Willow. "There was such happiness around them....such love. It was very detailed."

"I would assume that it was some sort of shared memory. A past that you three had together. For some reason, you are remembering it. When the three of you met, here tonight, I could feel the energy. There are forces at play here that I can't begin to understand."

"That's reassuring" Spike said softly. Willow giggled as Graham hid a smile.

Buffy looked at the sofa and frowned. Willow had her arm on Spike's leg, his hand on her neck. Graham was sitting very close to her, their knees touching. She saw his hand holding Willow's, his fingers caressing her palm.

"This is giving me the wiggins. I mean, I planned to set Willow and Graham up, but Spike too? Can we say that someone has been watching too much Jerry Springer?"

"Buffy, enough. This could be serious. There has to be some reason that they met up and remembered. We need to find out what that is."

"You were planning on setting us up?" Willow said softly.

"Yes. You're all he's talked about for a week. Guess we know why he was affected so much now. He was married to you who knows when."

"I need some air" Willow said quietly. "This is too much to deal with right now."

She stood and started to walk to the door. She turned, her green eyes looked at Spike and Graham, "Coming?"

They stood and nodded. Graham reached for her coat, "We don't want you to get cold."

Willow stared into his eyes, remembering, "You'll both keep me warm."

Spike's cock hardened at her whispered words. He remembered what he had been doing when that had been spoken. He glanced at the mortal and saw similar lust in the man's eyes. They exchanged a glance before moving beside Willow.

Buffy watched them leave before turning to Giles. "What now? I so don't know if I can handle some torrid threesome."

"You aren't part of it" Anya pointed out smiling snidely.

"You know what I meant." Buffy said, rolling her eyes.

"If it is a shared past, I hate to think what we could be dealing with." Giles said slowly.

"Just another great day on the Hellmouth." Xander commented, reaching for the bag of potato chips.

**********

Willow walked into the darkened streets of Sunnydale. There was a slight breeze that ruffled her red hair as she turned to face the two men that occupied her mind.

Graham was fighting within himself. In one way, he knew he should be trying to apprehend Hostile 17. That had been what he was ordered to do. In another, all he could remember was the friendship and love that had been between Louis and Jaques in that damn dream. They weren't those men. Why did it feel like he'd be betraying a friend if he tried to capture the hostile? He saw Willow turn and stopped walking, his eyes taking in the confusion that lit her face.

Spike hated the Hellmouth. He had decided that long ago. This just went to reconfirm his opinion of that fact. He had been pulled to Willow since the first time he had been there. Two other times he had sought her out without thinking of anyone else. Now, he learned that there was some unknown force linking them. Not only them. The commando boy too. He fought his demon as he thought of the boy. The demon wanted nothing more than to kill the man who had helped implant him. He couldn't understand why he was fighting the demon. Things were just so confused right now. He saw Willow face them and felt a stirring in his heart.

"So" Willow said softly.

The two men looked at her and then looked at each other. "So" they echoed.

Willow rolled her eyes. They were worse than her. "I think we all need to sit down and talk."

"Good idea" Graham said quickly.

"We can go to my place" Spike said moving to her. He put his arm around her shoulders and she leaned her head against him. He squeezed her softly and said, "Privacy and all. It's going to be fine Red."

Graham felt a surge of jealousy at the familiarity between the two. He was supposed to be her husband. He shook his head slightly. What the hell was going on?

**********

"Dear lord". Rupert Giles sat back in his chair and rubbed his eyes. He looked back at the text and frowned. The words were still the same. He looked up and saw Buffy watching him curiously.

"What?" she asked.

"Willow. Did she say her name had been Nicolette?"

"I think so. Why?"

"The others. They were called Louis and Jaques?" He asked, fearing the answer.

Riley nodded, "Yeah. I think those were the names. Jaques was the hubby. Louis the friend."

"Bloody hell" Giles said, shaking his head slowly. "Do you know where she went?"

"No idea. To get some air and I'd imagine to have a talk with them both." Buffy said. "Why?"

"I need them here." Giles said.

"Giles. Why?" Buffy demanded.

He looked at her, "This may be more serious than we originally thought."

"What is it?" Riley asked, fear for his friends making his voice edgy.

"It might be nothing. I need to ask them some questions though. About their dream selves."

"We'll go get them" Xander said. Anya nodded.

"You don't know where they are" Buffy pointed out, worry in her tone.

"Please. Where are they going to go if they want to sit down and have a nice heart to heart?" Xander said, looking at Buffy like she was crazy.

"Spike's" Buffy and Riley said together.

"Fine. Go get them. Tell them it is very important."

"Will do G-man. Come on, hon."

The two teens left to find Willow and the men. Riley moved nervously in his chair. He didn't know them very well yet, but he had learned when the watcher was concerned. Buffy saw Giles close the book he was reading. She strained to read the spine. 'Supernatural Mythology of Medieval Times'. Reading the words, she frowned. What did that have to do with Willow and her dreams?

**********

Graham glanced nervously around the crypt. "You live here?"

Spike glanced at the boy and frowned. He nodded, not answering.

Willow saw and made a face. "Ok. First off. We know that you two have some unresolved issues. Graham trying to kill you and all. Forget about that for right now, ok?"

Spike looked at her and rolled his eyes, "Forget that soldier boy here put this damn thing in my head? Made me half the vampire I was? Easy for you to say luv."

"Spike. Please. I want to understand what is happening here. We can't if you two spend the entire time glaring and trading barbs."

"I wasn't part of your capture" Graham said. "I was on a different detail that day. Riley and Forrest? Now, those two you can glare at."

Spike looked at him and nodded, "Actually, it's all of you that makes my stomach turn, but I'll let it slide for now. So, the slayer's little pup was the one?"

"Spike!" Willow said, a warning in her tone.

He sighed, seeing the look in her eyes. He was pushing it...too far. "Sorry pet. Talk, right?"

"I feel a bit left out here" Graham said, looking at the two. "You two have this past and I'm just suddenly here."

"You can leave" Spike offered politely.

Willow glared at him and he shrugged apologetically. "What? I was being nice."

"Graham, we're at a loss too. I uh well, I noticed you before the dream. I just don't know now if it was because of the past or what....." Willow stopped, her face flaming.

Graham smiled. "You noticed me? That's good. I couldn't get you out of my mind. Riley even began to think I was crazy. I don't think it was because of any dream."

"Isn't this touching?" Spike said snidely, this time feeling left out. "Should I cue the music?"

"Spike. Be nice. You know I love you" Willow said.

"Trust me when I say that having some link to you is not my idea of a happy either." Graham said to Spike.

"Ah, something in common" Spike said, smiling slightly.

Graham glanced at Willow then back to Spike, "Well, something else."

Spike nodded. "You are better than the slayer's pet. I'll give you that much."

Before Graham could defend his friend, they heard the door open. Xander came in, grinning.

"I knew y'all would be here. Come on. Giles needs you. Now."

"He found something that made him swear" Anya said helpfully.

"Great. Just what we need" Willow said, following them out. She felt Spike and Graham move to either side of her as they walked back to Giles' place.

Jean Michel stared into the darkness. He saw the red hair and smiled. She hadn't changed very much. Usually, she tried to hide. Still so beautiful. This time, she wouldn't get away. He was tired of the hunt. He glanced at the others with her and felt anger course through him. No. It wasn't possible. THEY were with her. Never had they found her before. He felt a slight wave of doubt pass through him.

This time wasn't going to be as easy, he realized. They wouldn't let her go without a fight. He frowned. He had only lost her once, the first time. Because of them. He smiled suddenly. They wouldn't save her from him. Not this time. He followed behind them, keeping his presence a secret. There would be time to make a move later. When he knew he would succeed. Until then, he would watch. He laughed softly. He had found his Lady Fair.

**********

Giles waited until everyone had taken a seat. He noticed less tension between Spike and Graham than had been there last time. He was glad. He need their full attention.

"I was looking through this text" he showed them the copy of the book, "not intending to solve your dream problem."

"Thanks" Willow said softly, smiling at him.

"Well, I of course intended to at one time but not until we knew if it was a problem. Anyway, I have a few questions for you three."

"Shoot" Spike said.

"Don't tempt me" Buffy said under her breath.

"I know the names. Was their any hint of a last name? A location? Anything?"

"I don't remember one, but I was in the bedroom."

"Way to go Wills" Anya said shooting her a thumbs up. Willow rolled her eyes.

"We saw the house" Graham said.

"It was big. Lots of trees. Horses around. It was old...stone from what I could see. Well kept. I'd wager it was the country side, England or France...." Spike said.

"No names?"

"Not that I remember. Wait, there were words above the door." Spike said.

"Faire Haven" Graham said. "I remember that too." The two men shared a smile.

"Dear God..."

"What is it?" Willow asked Giles.

"What I found. It was a story about a Lord and his wife, Lady Nicolette Faire. They were notoriously known around Europe for having a third to their relationship, an old childhood friend of theirs. Faire Haven was their estate in France."

"Lady Faire" Graham said, "I forgot that. When I told you we'd warm you up, that's what I called you...." he said to Willow.

She nodded. "I uh had other things on my mind at the time....."she broke off, her face turning red. Buffy snorted.

"Why were they in that book?" Spike asked.

"I fear that you might not like the answer."

"Is it a prophecy? Please tell me it isn't."

"No. Not really. More of a spell or curse maybe. I suppose I should just tell you all."

"That would be nice" Riley said, tired of the man's babbling.

"Well, the book described an incident that led to them being known as rather a legend so to speak."

"Get on with it" Spike demanded.

Giles saw the hint of impatience and did just that.......

"Lord and Lady Faire were practitioners of the occult. It was said that they were both sorcerers. From legend, it would go to support that fact. The time was the late 900s. Superstition was abundant then. A warlock happened to fall in love with Lady Faire. He pursued her rather ruthlessly."

"Merlin huh?" Riley said, glancing at Graham who had paled.

"I was...Jaques was a sorcerer?"

"Very talented one. Nicollette was very powerful. It was said that witchery ran in her family. Their friend, Louis, was also into the occult."

"Is that a bad thing?" Willow asked, needing to know.

"They were the good guys." Giles assured them. "Villagers often went to Lady Faire for help with ailments and such. That is how Jean Michel Toullerouse saw her."

"Who?" Spike demanded, an unknown feeling entering him at the name.

"Jean Michel. He was a warlock, not a good guy. He wanted Lady Faire and planned to get her. Needless to say, her husband and lover opposed that."

"What happened?"

"He was defeated by them. Their power and their bond too strong even for him to break. He vowed that she would one day belong to him before he was banished from this plane. The three lived together for many many more years."

"Ok. Where does the 'oh shit' factor come in to play?" Graham asked softly.

"That would be two hundred years from then. Legend has it that Jean Michel returned to this plane in search of his Lady Faire. Every generation, her soul is reborn as are the souls of Jaques and Louis. Without them to help her, Jean Michel succeeds. He captures her and she dies."

"Wait. If he wants her so bad, why does he kill her?"

"He doesn't. The spell does."

"I'm confused" Buffy said. "What spell?"

Giles explained, "The Faires put a spell on themselves. They knew somehow that he might not give up. There wasn't a lot of detail in the book but it went to say that if she were captured without her loves by her side, the soul would leave, killing her mortal body before he could have her. It also says that to defeat him permanently, once and for all, she must be reunited with her loves."

"I agree with Buffy. I'm confused." Willow said.

"If this Jean Michel guy is here and he get to Willow before we are reunited with her, she is going to die?" Spike asked, not liking that idea.

"It would appear that way. If he is here, which I'm sure he is, and you three are reunited he will be sent away forever."

"Does he know about the spell?"

"I don't know. It would appear that he didn't. He has been rumored to have been seen every generation looking for his Lady Faire."

"How does he know her?"

"He sees her soul in her eyes. If it isn't her, it is rumored that he leaves behind the girl, dead."

"Like a heart attack?" Riley asked.

Giles glanced at him, realization dawning, "Good grief. I'd say that he is around then."

"Well, we've been reunited." Willow said, gesturing to them both at her sides. "So, he can't kill me. Right? We can defeat his unknowing ass and go on with life."

Graham whispered softly, "I don't think they mean that kind of reunited Willow."

"What?" She looked at him and then back at Spike. Her face flushed red as she realized what they meant. She squeaked out, "I have to sleep with you....both?"

**********

Cold lips touched hers. She moaned as she leaned into him, her nipples straining against the fabric of her shirt. She moved against him, needing to feel him. She felt someone warm move behind her. Whimpering, she didn't know which direction to turn. It was decided for her as Spike moved away, his blue eyes slowly caressing her body.

"Hold her" he softly ordered Graham.

Graham ran his hands over her stomach, up to cup one of her breasts. She felt him tease her nipple and silently cursed the fabric between her and his warm touch. She watched through passion filled eyes as Spike removed his clothes. She began to breathe heavily as his lanky body was revealed to her eyes. She leaned back toward Graham, arching her neck as she felt his lips on it.

Graham nipped at her flesh, tasting her. He began to unbutton her shirt, his eager hands having problems with the buttons. He saw Spike arch a brow and he smiled. He ripped the remainder of the shirt, sending buttons over the crypt floor. Willow gasped at his display and pressed against his hard body. She felt his cock against her backside and began to move against him. Spike chuckled as he stalked towards her, his nude body moving with pantherlike grace. She saw lust and love in his eyes and smiled slightly.

He put his hands around her waist, pulling her away from the boy. He looked back at Graham, "Get undressed."

Graham let go of Willow and began to strip. He didn't want to think of the implications that this night would have. It meant saving Willow, so he was all for it. He freed his hard cock and smiled wryly. Of course, saving her wasn't the only thing on his mind. He soon stood nude behind her, his cock long and ready. He glanced at Spike, taking in the vampire's body. He again resisted thinking about the implications of looking at another guy. He wasn't gay. Never had any gay thoughts. Now, here he was about to embark on a sexual relationship with the redhead that had captured his thoughts and a vampire that seemed way too familiar. He felt an ache in his body for both of them. He needed them both. Realizing that he had no choice, he went along with it, enjoying the sensation.

Willow felt Graham's body behind her as he finished undressing. She resisted the urge to turn around and peek at the muscular youth.

She watched as Spike smiled lazily, "You're wearing too many clothes, pet."

She smiled slightly as he unzipped her pants, his mouth joining hers. She felt warm hands on her back as the clasp of her bra was released. She felt Graham slide the offensive material down her arms, the lights hairs on his arms touching her flesh. She moaned in the back of her throat when she felt Spike's fingers dip into the front of her pants. She tensed as they playfully touched her wet sex. Graham's mouth began to place kisses on back, his hands kneading her breasts. She was dying from the sensations they were causing and she was still half dressed.

After Giles announcement, they had walked to Spike's in a daze. She couldn't believe she was going to lose her virginity to two men. Soon, if she hoped to stay alive. They had spent hours just talking, trying to get to know each other. Trying to ease the awkward situation. Suddenly, Willow had caught Spike looking at her. She had frozen on the spot. Graham had noticed and before she could think, they had moved together as though they were magnets. Now, she was standing between the nude men, waiting to meet her destiny.

Spike slipped a hand behind her, his cold hand touching Graham's cock by accident. He pulled away from her slightly, keeping his tongue in her mouth. He exchanged a look with the startled boy and smiled slightly. He pushed Willow's jeans down, with help from Graham. His hand staying behind her and caressing her ass. He then slipped his fingers inside her sex, reveling at how tight she was. She moaned into his mouth and began to move them slowly. He felt a hand on his other hand and then felt it placed against the warm cock. This was how it was suppose to be.

Willow was caught between warmth and cold. She felt her jeans and panties slide down her slim legs and bunch around her ankles. Graham put his arm for her to hold onto as she lifted first one leg then the other. Soon, she stood before them completely nude. Spike's eyes raked over her, leaving a delicious trail of fire where they touched. She felt his finger brush against her clit and whimpered.

Spike smiled as he stood back looking at his lovers. Graham was pressed against Willow's back, his dark head bent as he kissed her neck and shoulders. "Willow, lay down."

Willow saw the promise in Spike's eyes and moved to the bed that dominated the crypt. She was glad that he had made that particular purchase. She sat down, bouncing slightly on the mattress. She heard a soft growl and a low moan and gazed at both of the men.

"Goddess" she hissed as she took in their nude forms. They were gorgeous. One tall and slim, the other tall and muscular. One light, one dark. She felt liquid pooling between her legs and an empty feeling inside her.

Spike glanced at Graham as though asking permission. Graham nodded, unsure of what exactly he should do. He wasn't a virgin but he'd never experienced anything quite like this. He wanted to watch until he knew his place. He moved to the bed as he sat down beside Willow. His hands began to rub her breasts and stomach as Spike moved between her legs.

Her scent intoxicated him. Spike looked up at her through lowered lids and smiled wickedly. His tongue darted out, tasting her finally. She arched against the intrusion of his cold tongue, a soft moan escaping her lips. Her hand tangled itself in the bedspread as she clutched it tightly. She felt warm lips on her breast and cried out at the contact of both men.

Graham took her breast in his mouth, his tongue teasing her nipple into hardness. He slid his large hand down her stomach, making it tense even more. He touched her clit, causing her to cry out again.

Spike's tongue lapped at her juices. He felt Graham's hand as it began to tease Willow even more. He plunged his tongue into her soaked passage, trying to get every drop that she was producing. So sweet...so warm. He felt her hand in his hair as she began to move against his face. Soon, she screamed out his name she came. He continued to lick her clean as she came down from her orgasm. Looking up, mischief flashed in his eyes.

"I want to be inside you" he said huskily.

Her eyes widened as she nodded, "Please."

Graham heard Willow's plea and his cock hardened even more. He sat up, his eyes meeting Spike's. Again, Spike waited. Blue eyes met brown as Graham nodded his consent. He wasn't her husband anymore. He didn't understand why Spike asked him for permission, in a way. It had to be something with the past memories. He saw Willow look at him, her green eyes raking over his body.

"May I...." she blushed as she glanced down at his erection.

He smiled softly. He had forgotten that she was a virgin. He leaned over and kissed her, their tongues claiming each others mouths. He heard her moan again and make a small sound that was decidedly a Willow sound. He pulled back and looked to see Spike between her legs. He was rubbing his thick against her wetness, making sure it would have no problems sliding into her.

"Pet, this may hurt for a time. I'll try to go slow" Spike said, his looking at her concerned.

She smiled at him, "Spike, just fuck me. Please?"

He grinned back nodding as he began to ease into her tightness. Her warmth enveloped his cock as he slowly began to move in and out. He was trying to get her ready before he broke her maidenhood.

"Graham....I want to taste you" Willow said, trying to get him to understand what she wanted.

Graham moved on the bed, his hard cock moving toward her mouth. She opened wide as she began to lick the warm drops that smeared the thick head. She closed her eyes and cried out as Spike sunk his entire length into her. She felt her barrier ripping as he waited, giving her time to adjust to his thick cock. She moved against him, needing more. She took Graham into her mouth, her tongue swirling along his warm cock as Spike began to move inside her.

Graham's hand went to her head as he began to run his finger's through her hair. Her green eyes looked up at him, desire and love in their depths. He looked at Spike and saw the vampire moving inside her. One hand was twisting her breast the other rubbing her clit. His blue eyes were watching them with lust. Graham began to move slightly as Willow took more of him into her mouth. He instinctively leaned toward Spike, their mouths meeting over Willow's sweat soaked body. It felt right. Hot and cold came together as their tongues met, each battling for dominance. In the end, Spike won. His hand went behind the boy's head as he deepened the kiss.

Willow watched her lovers kiss and felt another bolt of desire go through her. They were still the same souls, but their role had changed. Spike was the teacher this time....the dominant of them both. She felt her stomach tighten as she removed her mouth from Graham's cock. She screamed out their names as she came, clenching Spike tightly.

Spike groaned into the boys mouth as his cold seed was sent into Willow. He pulled free, his game face slipping into place. He had to bite. He saw Willow's approval as she moved her head to the side. His fangs penetrated her neck, her sweet blood sending another wave of ecstasy through him. Pulling back, he kissed her mouth.

Willow could taste herself and her blood on him. She finally pulled back needing to breathe. Her eyes fell to Graham's throbbing cock. She saw Spike's gaze follow hers.

Without thinking, Spike leaned over slightly and took Graham's entire length into his mouth. Graham gasped at the coldness as he felt Spike begin to suck eagerly on him. He felt a warm hand on his back, sliding down to cup his tight ass. Glancing down at his lovers, he grunted as he came, filling Spike's mouth with his seed. He watched as Willow met Spike in a kiss, her small tongue darting out to lick his seed from the vampire's mouth.

Exhausted, they collapsed on the bed. No one spoke, not wanting to ruin such a perfect moment. A new memory, Spike decided, his hand possessively on Willow's stomach. Graham fell to the other side of her, his hand cupping her breast, as they fell asleep.

**********

Willow woke up caught between cold and warmth. She smiled a satisfied smile as she looked at who was against. Her head was on Graham's chest. During the night, she had moved towards his warmth. She felt an arm around her waist, holding her against Spike who was laid against her back. She felt something hard against her back and moved against it.

She looked up and saw that Graham was still sleeping. Smiling, she moved her hand over his broad chest, exploring him. She trailed her fingers down his trim abdomen, knowing finally what having a six pack meant. Boy, was he built. She touched the light sprinkling of hair that lay just below his belly button before drifting lower.

Suddenly, a strong hand grabbed her wrist. She looked up into amused eyes. "Better not get something started you can't finish" he said, his tone playful.

"I don't plan on it" she said loftily, a smile on her face. She felt Spike stir behind her, his hardness moving against her backside.

"None of that now pet. God, don't you need to rest?" Spike asked amused.

Willow flushed. "You make it sound like I'm insatiable."

Spike shared a smile with Graham, "Luv, who was it that woke us up last night to have 'bonding' sessions?"

"Three times" Graham pointed out, stretching as he willed himself to soften. "I'm exhausted."

Willow glanced at his hardness and smirked, "Not too exhausted."

"What are we going to do with her?" He teasingly asked Spike.

"Can I make some suggestions?" Willow asked, smiling impishly.

"Blimey, I thought virgins were suppose to be timid the night after" Spike said.

"Not when they've been reunited with their soulmates, I guess. Trust me when I say timid is not what I'm feeling." Willow said, moving against him.

Spike swatted her ass. "Not now luv. It's dusk. We have to meet the watcher and that gang of goofy twits."

"Can't we be a little late?" Willow asked as both of them sat up.

"Tardiness is a bad thing" Graham said stoically. He looked down at her, taking in her nude form. Glancing at Spike, he saw the vampire looking at the same thing.

"Definitely a bad thing" Spike said, lust clouding his words.

"Aw, hell. What's an hour?" Graham said as he moved back to the bed.

"Insatiable" Spike muttered with a smile on his handsome face as he rejoined them both on the bed.

**********

"Where are they?" Buffy asked, looking again at the clock.

"I don't think I want to know" Riley said. "Graham didn't come back to the house last night and he wasn't in class today."

"Neither was Willow." Buffy said. Suddenly, she made a face, "You don't think that they...ugh. Gross."

"Well, for Willow's sake, I hope they did" Xander said. "Not that the mental image is appetizing. I agree with that gross comment."

Giles chuckled as he turned the page in his book. They glared at him then realized that he had been listening.

"What's that?" Buffy asked.

He looked up. "Just a book that had more information about the legend. It's amusing in some ways. Most of what is here is fiction. Not a lot of useful information though there is some."

"What's funny?" Xander asked.

"Just some of the stories that go with the legend. It appears that Lord and Lady Faire are well known in the South of France. Some of these things they were suppose to have done....well, it's quite amusing."

"Yeah...and you plan on getting a life when?" Buffy asked her watcher, smiling.

"Yes, well. I find them amusing. I did find out that according to legend, Jean Michel is described as a tall man with golden locks. That might help in us being able to find him."

"What if that part's fiction?" Riley asked, wanting to see the man squirm for just a bit.

"I doubt that his appearance would have changed very much throughout history. I was referring to some of the spells and curses that the three were suppose to have been responsible for. Things that no one human could have done. It seems all things fortunate in the area were credited to them. As I said, legend gave way to fiction."

"So, we're looking for some tall blonde guy then right?" Buffy asked.

Before Giles could reply the door opened. Willow walked in, her hands being held by her lovers. "Sorry we're late guys. Got a bit distracted."

"More like tied up" Spike said lazily, causing Willow to blush.

"I guess that answers your question, Buff." Xander said, making a disgusted face.

**********

Willow looked again at Giles. "You're sure about this?"

"It seems like it will be the only way to bring him out. If he doesn't know of the curse, well, we should get this resolved today."

"Yippee" Willow said, rolling her eyes.

"I don't like it" Spike said, his eyes glaring at the watcher. His hand ran along her arm in a reassuring gesture.

"Me either. Willow doesn't need to be bait" Graham put in.

"It's been three days. We can't go on like this forever." Buffy said.

Willow smiled softly. Three days. It seemed so much longer. She and Graham only left Spike long enough to go to school. They couldn't neglect classes or they would have. Together, they felt safe and at peace. "They're right, boys. Besides, I'll lead him to the warehouse. All of you will be waiting. It's perfectly safe."

"I still don't like it" Spike said crossly. "If he tried to take you, I couldn't follow. Sunlight and all that nonsense."

"I could" Graham said, knowing that Willow was right. They could not get on with their future until they had faced their past.

"Bloody hell. I'm outnumbered in this one" Spike said making a face. "Fine. But if Willow is hurt, I'm going to tear your heart out while it is still beating and feed it the dogs. Got it?" he told Giles and Buffy.

"I'll help" Graham said, a serious look in his eyes.

"It will be fine" Giles hastened to assure them.

"I won't let her get hurt" Buffy said, her face determined.

"Fine. We play cat and mouse with the blondie." Spike said.

"Good. Let's get set up. Willow, you head to the school. Make sure everything appears as normal, just in case he is following you. We'll get Spike to the warehouse and get things set up."

Spike kissed her gently "Be careful, luv."

Willow flashed him a smile, "You be careful, old man. Take care of our boy" she said, using their nickname for Graham.

"See you soon" Graham said, kissing her.

Buffy watched it and rolled her eyes. Just Willow's good luck. She gets not one but two hotties that are completely in love with her. Life wasn't fair sometimes.

**********

Willow ran into the warehouse, the man right behind her. She saw Spike and Graham and felt relief in sight. She was almost safe.

Jean Michel entered the warehouse and saw that it was a trap. He felt anger that he had been suckered in. He moved quickly, grabbing her by her hair before she made it to them.

Willow cried out as she felt herself dragged against his body.

"Come closer and she dies" Jean Michel said, triumph in his voice. "She's mine this time. You lose."

Spike and Graham moved forward slowly. They saw the fear in Willow's eyes and something inside them snapped.

"Let her go" Spike said slowly.

"Don't think so. After a thousand years, she's finally where she belongs, with me."

"She's not with you" Graham said.

Buffy started to move forward with Riley, but Giles motioned for them to stay in place, "The legend said that they could defeat him. If we interfere it may mess the spell up."

"Damn it" Buffy cursed seeing the pain in Willow's eyes as the man tightened his hold.

"Jean Michel, one last warning. Let. Her. Go." Spike said.

"No."

At his word, a light entered the warehouse. Spike and Graham fell to their knees as they held their heads. Willow screamed out as she too fell to the ground and out of Jean Michel's grasp. Everyone watched as suddenly, the light was gone. Willow stood, her eyes confused at first. Jean Michel grabbed her again.

"You're not getting away that easily." he said harshly.

She laughed, the sound rich and throaty. "I don't plan on going anywhere, Jean Michel."

Buffy and the others watched in amazement as Graham and Spike stood, dusting themselves off. "What just happened?" Buffy asked.

"Don't ask me" Riley said.

Spike smiled, "Let her go. Last chance."

"Go to hell" Jean Michel said, backing towards the door.

"Don't think so. Time to play." Graham said.

He said a few words and the door to the warehouse slid shut. The chain wrapping itself around the handle and locking. He shared an amused look with his lovers as Jean Michel's face turned white.

Spike laughed at the expression on the man's face. He moved forward, speaking words softly that until a moment before he did not know. Jean Michel clutched his throat as she moved away from Willow.

Willow moved to join her lovers, standing between them. "You should have just let me go" she said softly to him.

"It can't be" he said, shaking his head. He turned and began to run from them.

Willow laughed again as she spoke words that sent the ceiling crashing down blocking his path.

"Not that easy" Graham said as he moved to the man. "You touched what is ours. For that, you die."

"Slow and painful my personal preference" Spike said, laughing at the man's face.

"No, fast and easy." Willow said. "We have more important things to do than toy with him."

"As you wish pet" Spike said, muttering some words.

Jean Michel found himself being forced to walk towards them. He shook his head in denial. "No. It can't be. You're dead. You're all dead."

"Souls never die" Willow said softly, a smile on her face. She looked first at Graham and then at Spike. She held her hands out to them.

They took her hand, a wave of electricity shooting from the joining. Willow looked at Jean Michel, a smile on her face, "You know what comes next" she said softly.

He nodded, "I loved you."

The three chanted a phrase and in a blinding shot of light, Jean Michel was gone.

"That was easy" Willow said, collapsing against Spike. "Tiring but easy."

Graham moved beside them, his mouth touching her cheek. "You ok?"

"Yes, husband. Lover, you alright?"

Spike nodded, nuzzling her neck. "You know how those spells make me, luv."

"Incorrigible brat" Willow said lightly, arching her neck for him.

Giles walked out followed by the others. He was looking at the scene before him. He shook his head. "It can't be. There is no way they were that powerful."

Graham looked at the watcher with curious eyes, "What can't be?"

**********

"Yeah, Giles. What are you talking about?"

"A book...it said that the three were suppose to have made a spell that would allow their souls full knowledge of everything they'd learned. The spell was to take effect when the final confrontation with Jean Michel took place. I laughed at it. I honestly didn't think the depths of the legend could possible be accurate."

"That's how I knew the magic" Spike said, understanding.

"I would suppose that the spell was true."

"I know it was" Willow said. "I have memories of things I've never known. All this knowledge...it's giving me a headache."

"Merlin in more ways than one, huh, buddy?" Riley asked Graham, not believing all that had happened in a week.

Graham smiled, "Just think what we can do to help fight the bad guys."

"Yes...uh, well, actually that was the reason for the spell."

"You're losing us Giles" Buffy said, not surprised that there was more to the story.

"It would allow their souls, in the form that were in at the last battle, to use their knowledge against the forces of darkness. Supposedly Nicolette's idea. She was tempted to do it back then, according to the book, but the time period was off. She wanted fate to decided when they three should be reunited."

"Bet she didn't think it would take a thousand years" Willow said softly as she leaned against Graham's strong body. She felt Spike's arm around her other side.

"I have one question" Xander said thoughtfully.

"One?" Buffy said.

"Why isn't Spike poof?" Xander pointed the rays of sunlight that were directed straight at the vampire.

Giles cleared his throat, "That uh spell. It was meant to last for eternity."

"Shit" Spike said, noticing finally what the warmth was. "You mean, I can't die?"

"None of you can."

"What a day" Willow said laughing softly, "We slay the nasty, find ourselves with all sorts of nifty powers that we don't know about, gain the knowledge that our souls have experienced in a thousand years plus we find out we're immortal because some sorceress had an urge to fight evil."

"Immortal?" Graham repeated softly. This was too much.

"Damn, that means I'm stuck with these guys forever doesn't it?" Willow asked.

"Stuck?" Graham said, forgetting the spell.

"I thought you liked things sticky, luv" Spike said, reminding her of one of her many comments in the last few days.

She blushed red and scowled at him, "Private conversation there. Does not need repeating."

"I must say, you three are taking this rather well" Giles said.

Willow looked at him, "Giles, I'm tired. I've had very little sleep the last few days waiting for Romeo to strike. All I want to do right now is take my boys home and sleep for a day or two. We'll still be immortal fighters of evil tomorrow won't we?"

He had to smile, "I suppose it won't wear off while you sleep."

"Good. We can discuss it then." Willow said, yawning.

"Let's go home" Graham said, lifting her into his arms.

"You know, we really need to find somewhere other than the crypt. I don't fancy spending the remainder of eternity amongst the cobwebs" Willow said, playing with Spike's hair as they walked out.

"Don't like the crypt? Are you going to be this demanding always, little wench?"

"Probably" Willow said, laughing.

"We can discuss it luv." Spike said, giving in.

"After we get some sleep" Graham added, feeling exhaustion seeping in. He looked at his lovers and smiled. This was how it should be.

The door opened for them, closing after they stepped out. Buffy looked at the others and shook her head, "Good grief. Why can't we just have a normal life? Just once. Is it too much to ask for?"

"On the Hellmouth?" Giles asked. She nodded. He smiled, "This is normal."
