As the sun rises, passion ignites once again
Chapter 1
There was a soft mist around the trees as the sun began to rise in the eastern sky. The blanket was damp with dew and Hermione’s skin felt rather sticky as she drifted into consciousness. It took her a few moments to remember where she was, blinking stupidly at the old barn as she became aware of the bodies pressed close against hers.
Memories of the previous evening flashed in her mind as her gaze drifted to the sky. Lips, hands, tongues, caught between two bodies as she shuddered and cried out from sheer pleasure. A bottle of wine, pleasant conversation, an amazing sunset, and an awareness that had become impossible to ignore after awhile had started it all. Well, Charlie had actually started it when he’d kissed her and then asked her to kiss Bill in a low raspy voice that was impossible to refuse.
“Mmm…you’re awake,” a low voice rasped from beside her. Her husband tightened his arm around her waist and nuzzled her neck, rubbing his unshaven jaw back and forth across her sensitive skin until she knew she was turning pink.
“It’s sticky,” she told him softly. “We fell asleep outside.”
“Beneath the stars,” he said in recollection as he stretched and yawned. “Bill awake?”
“Don’t think so,” she whispered in reply. She could feel her brother-in-law’s hand on her breast, just resting there as his warm breath blew against her shoulder in a steady rhythm. “He’s sleeping.”
“You okay?” Charlie asked as he looked at her carefully. He leaned up to rest on his elbow so he could see better as he waited for her honest reply.
She smiled. “Yes,” she said sincerely. “I’m fine. Are you okay?”
He grinned. “Oh yeah, I’m very okay. Just wasn’t sure if you’d still be good with things once the wine had worn off,” he admitted with a hint of concern. “I know you’ve been attracted to him since you were a kid and we talked about it sometimes, him joining us, but I didn’t plan last night.”
“I know, Charlie. It just happened. I have no complaints.” She raised her hand and languidly brushed her fingers through his short hair. While she was attracted to Bill even when she was a teen and he was involved with Fleur, Charlie was the man who had stolen her heart. She might not mind a repeat of last night, or several, but she wanted him to know he didn’t have to worry. He got insecure about things like that sometimes, just like she did. “I love you.”
“Love you more,” he replied before he leaned down and kissed her. It was slow, gentle, and thorough. His hand lightly caressed her tummy as they kissed before he moved his fingers between her legs and lazily stroked her.
The hand on her breast slowly squeezed and she felt the warm body pressed against her side shift as Bill began to wake up. His long hair covered her arm and brushed across her skin as he moved his head away. Charlie pulled back but kept his fingers idly touching her, getting her wet as the damp morning dew soaked through their blanket. Bill raised his head and looked at them but didn’t withdraw his hand from her breast. Charlie changed positions and Hermione leaned over to push Bill’s hair back, her fingers lightly touching the scarred flesh of his brother-in-law’s face.
“Morning,” Charlie said with an easy grin.
“Morning,” Bill repeated as he glanced from one to the other somewhat shyly.
Hermione glanced at Charlie, silently communicating with her husband before she smiled and leaned forward to kiss Bill softly. He kissed her back with barely controlled hunger that made Charlie groan as he pressed against her side, his erection obvious as he rolled his hips slightly. She broke the kiss with Bill and turned her head to kiss Charlie. Bill’s lips moved over her neck as he caressed her breast and then moved his hand lower, his fingers joining Charlie’s.
She moaned softly as they teased her with fingers and kissed her all over. Bill’s touch was somewhat hesitant but slightly rough and Charlie’s was gentle but firm, knowing exactly what she liked. The sun continued to rise, soft light spilling across the sky, as passion ignited once again.
